I got it
from the internet as well, but I was adjusted it. Unfortunately the unintended
thing happen to me where the chocolate chips that I have bought was melted and
the cookies turns darker hence, better. I guess? Since I already share the
Double Chocolate Chip Cookies on previous, so I’m not going to put the step by
step photos. So here is the recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
· 2 1/4 cups flour
·
1/2 teaspoon
baking soda
·
1 cup butter,
room temperature
·
1/2 cup
granulated sugar
·
¾ cup light-brown
sugar
·
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
·
2 largeeggs
· 2 cups chocolate
chips (the original recipe, but it was melted so I add some
more 50g chocolate chips from other brand)
DIRECTIONS:
1) Preheat oven to 180 degrees. In the bowl, combine the butter with both sugars. Beat on medium speed until light and fluffy. Reduce speed to low, add the vanilla and eggs. Beat until well mixed. Add flour and baking soda mix until just combined. Stir in the chocolate chips.
2) Because this is a drop cookies, so
I use piping bag to pipe the batter. Pipe heaping balls of batter about 2
inches apart on baking sheets lined with parchment paper because the batter
will expend in size.
3) Bake until cookies are golden
around the edges, but still soft in the center, 10 to 13 minutes. Remove from
oven, and let cool on baking sheet 1 to 2 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack, and
let cool completely. Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature.
Well, both of the cookies I made were finished by my nephews
and nieces also the siblings in just one day. Can you imagine how good is the
taste for the both of the cookies?
so here it is. the darker chocolate chips cookies. but if you really follow the original recipes, your result is different.
